With nearly 3 decades experience building talent capabilities and leading Human Resources functions in top public and private companies, Jason brings a unique blend of Corporate and Field experience to understand the nuances associated with acquiring strong talent for challenging roles and industries.

 

He started his career with Cooper Industries (now Eaton) in their management training program and ultimately advanced into Senior and Executive HR leadership roles in companies including Aramark, Acuity Brands Lighting, Republic Services, and Oldcastle.  During his career he has completed executive searches in nearly every function including, Finance, IT, General Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and EH&S.

 

Jason is not only passionate about helping our clients meet their business goals, but also about being an active contributor to several philanthropies supporting children and families in need.  As a graduate of Purdue University, Jason and his family are proud to call Atlanta their home.
