Jack comes to the executive search business following 30 years of sales and marketing, strategic planning and general management experience. He worked in New York City for Eastman Kodak and the Celanese Corporation, and became an owner in an LBO when he and other key executives bought two divisions from Celanese. His new company was sold after 18 months to Wellman, Inc, at which time he relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina to run a business for the new owner.

After 10 years, he left Wellman to form Stroker & Associates with partner Larry Polsky. Since 2000, he has completed executive searches for manufacturing, retail and service companies in a variety of functions including general management, finance, operations, IT, sales and marketing, engineering, human resources, and supply chain management.

Born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, Jack is a graduate of the University of Vermont. He has been active in community affairs, serving two terms as an elected trustee and officer of the nationally-recognized Ridgewood Public School system. Jack and his wife Lindsay live in Charlotte.
